Pilates at the Studio

During a private session in our studio we utilize equipment to customize the session for you. We tailor each session based on your goals, your challenges, or just how you feel that day. We have a fully equipped Pilates studio including Pilates Reformer and Tower, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Electric Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Resister, and Pedi Pole. Pilates has literally hundreds of exercises to help you build deep abdominal support, stabilize through your core and mobilize your body through bending, reaching, and twisting. This work gets ingrained in your nervous system and supports your movement everywhere in life.

You will feel better in ten sessions, look better in twenty sessions, and have a completely new body in thirty sessions.

GMB at the Studio

For those who want a more traditional or bodyweight workout, visit the GMB Corner in our studio. We have a Solo Strength station, gymnastic rings, dumbbells, bands, and foam flooring, which can be combined to create a challenging session that combines strength, mobility, and coordination. Building all these skills in concert is the best and safest way to avoid injury. And bodyweight exercises can be practiced any time and most anywhere, helping you build a consistent practice to get you to your goals faster.

Sessions at Home

We also offer in-home sessions for those who prefer to work in the privacy of their home. We can bring a yoga mats, bands, balls, or other small props to give you an effective workout using Pilates Mat or GMB exercises.

If your spine is inflexibly stiff at 30, you are old. If it is completely flexible at 60, you are young.
